Used SQL to create threshold-based alert systems that flagged suspicious transactions potentially tied to money laundering or terrorism financing, significantly improving monitoring effectiveness.

• Designed and implemented an AI Agent using Python, Google BigQuery, and OpenAI’s GPT model to autonomously analyze financial data, identify patterns indicative of suspicious activity, and write analysis reports.

• Developed a web application using Python and Streamlit for AML/FT operations, allowing analysts to run multiple BigQuery queries simultaneously and instantly visualize financial and compliance data. This accelerated the workflow and reduced the need for manual processes.

• Maintained and managed a vector database using Python, Google Cloud Storage, and LangChain to power an AI Agent that provided real-time assistance via Slack for Compliance teams, covering both Brazilian and U.S. laws.
